How dispatch works
1.Order before 2pm, Monday–Friday
Your order is picked, cold-packed and handed to Royal Mail the same working day. Later orders and weekend orders go out on the next working day.
2.Cold-chain packed
Purpose-built cold packaging with gel ice packs, 2–8°C in transit. The pen is made in the UK and dispatched from UK stock, so it is never in transit for days at an unknown temperature.
3.Discreet outer box
Discreet, unmarked outer box with no reference to RETApro or the contents.
4.Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed
Tracked and signed for, targeting delivery by 1pm on the next working day. You receive the tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned in.

Why the cold chain matters
Peptides are temperature-sensitive. Our pens are supplied pre-mixed at a batch-tested concentration and are stored at 2–8°C from manufacture to dispatch. Shipping from UK stock by a next-day, tracked service keeps the time between our refrigerator and yours to a matter of hours, and the gel-pack insulation covers that window. It is also why we do not ship internationally and cannot accept returns of perishable goods.

Delivery questions
When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.
Which delivery service do you use?+
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. It is tracked end to end, requires a signature, and targets delivery by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch.
How much does UK delivery cost?+
Nothing extra. Delivery is included in the price shown on every product page and nothing is added at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
How is my order packaged?+
Discreet, unmarked outer box with no reference to RETApro or the contents. Inside, the pen is packed in purpose-built cold packaging with gel ice packs, 2–8°c in transit.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?+
No. RETApro is UK-based and dispatches from UK stock to UK addresses only, so the cold chain runs unbroken from our facility to your door with no customs delays.
What if my order arrives damaged or warm?+
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference and we will arrange a replacement. Because the product is temperature-sensitive and perishable we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
