RETApro supplies research-grade peptides to buyers in the United Kingdom. These terms form the agreement between you and us for any purchase made through retapro.net. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.

By ordering, you confirm and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• The products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only;
• The products are NOT medicines and are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;
• You are acquiring the products solely for lawful research purposes, and you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction;
• You will store, handle, and dispose of the products safely and responsibly.

Retatrutide and our other compounds are not licensed or approved as medicines in the UK or elsewhere. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

We take care to describe and price products accurately. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change, and products may occasionally sell out. If we discover a genuine pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order (or confirm payment for it). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot verify payment, the item is unavailable, or we believe the order breaches these terms — and we will refund any payment taken for a declined order.

You can pay by debit/credit card (processed securely by Stripe) or by cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or Monero) via our payment gateway. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Any applicable discount code must be valid and within its usage limit at the time of purchase.

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched the next working day. Products are shipped in temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging via a tracked courier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues) may occasionally occur. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive and perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, or at an incorrect temperature, contact us at support@retapro.net within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect any legal rights you have in respect of faulty goods.

Our products are independently tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available for the current batch and, on request, for your specific order. A COA reports the analysis of the sample tested; it is not a safety assessment, an endorsement, or a representation about suitability for any particular use.

You are responsible for using the products lawfully and safely, for ensuring you may lawfully purchase and possess them where you are, and for not reselling or supplying them in a way that breaches any law. You must not use the site fraudulently or in any way that harms it or other users.

The products are supplied for research use only and “as is” for that purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the products otherwise than for lawful research, or from any failure by you to comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

The RETApro name, logo, site content, and imagery are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
