Affiliate Terms of Service

Anyone can apply, but applications are reviewed and approved (or declined) at RETApro's sole discretion — we don't have to give a reason. If approved, we assign your "position" individually: the discount your customers get and the commission you earn. These rates aren't the same for everyone, and we may change them with notice. Changes only apply to future orders — commission already earned is never recalculated.

Your discount code belongs to you and only you. It's non-transferable — you can't sell it, give it to another promoter, or let someone else run it as their own. We may rotate your code (give you a new one) or revoke it entirely at any time. Orders placed with an old code before rotation still count as yours.

You may not use your own code — or have it used — on purchases made by you or with your own personal, payment, or delivery details. Our checkout compares the order details against your affiliate record, and any matching order will have the discount declined and no commission paid. Repeat attempts may result in suspension or removal from the programme. The discount exists to reward you for bringing in other customers, not to discount your own shopping.

• Commission is calculated on the discounted order total (what the customer actually pays, excluding any shipping charges).
• It is only credited to your balance once the order is fully paid.
• If an order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or the payment fails, the commission is reversed and deducted from your balance.
• Payouts are made against your credited balance on request, using the payment details you give us.

When promoting RETApro you agree to:

• No spam — no unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or messaging people who haven’t asked to hear from you;
• No misleading claims — don’t invent discounts, results, or endorsements that don’t exist;
• No misrepresentation of RETApro products — they are research compounds, supplied strictly for laboratory and research use, and must never be promoted for human consumption or as medicines;
• Follow the advertising rules of whatever platform you promote on, and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if you breach these terms, and we may withhold any commission obtained through that breach. We can also close the programme itself with reasonable notice, in which case legitimately earned balances remain payable.

Affiliate earnings are your income, not ours. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax or National Insurance due on your earnings in your jurisdiction. We don't withhold tax and we don't provide tax advice.
